The LeanJet RB-2 immersion cleaning system is a compact, high-performance batch parts washer designed to process two (2) baskets per cycle, with throughput of up to twenty (20) baskets per hour. Engineered for integration into a work cell or smaller production environment, the RB-2 utilizes a patented triple-action cleaning process combining:
Agitation
Spray impingement
Rotation
Hydraulic purging through immersion
Rinse cycle
Heated blow-off drying
This process is highly effective for cleaning complex parts with internal bores and passages.
The unit is a fully enclosed, self-ventilating system, minimizing operator exposure to vapors and mist common in open cleaning systems.

Line Rinse to Drain System:
A fresh water rinse is applied after the wash cycle and prior to blow-off drying to improve final cleanliness. System includes:
Dedicated spray assembly
Manual valve and normally closed solenoid valve for automatic operation
Pneumatically operated divert drain assembly
Rinse water is directed to drain to reduce contamination carryover. Cycle duration is adjustable via timer, allowing optimization of water usage and cleanliness performance.
