This unit features a 19" diameter, 304ss cylinder with 14 ga perforations with 0.25 holes designed to provide excellent drainage, filtration, and consistent processing performance. The cylinder incorporates a continuously welded helix with an 8" pitch and 3.5" height, ensuring smooth, controlled material movement and reliable conveying throughout the process cycle. To further enhance part exposure and process efficiency, the drum is equipped with 3/4" bent angle tumblers, 3 per revolution, delivering superior agitation, mixing, and turnover of components for more uniform results.
