Built for the U.S. Military — Never Installed — New, Unused Condition
The GOFF HydroPulse® HP6 Batch Tumbler is a high-performance water blast degreasing and washing system engineered for demanding industrial applications. This specific unit was manufactured for a U.S. Military contract, built to rigorous government specifications, and never installed or placed into service. It remains in new, unused condition, offering a rare opportunity to acquire a military-grade cleaning system at exceptional value.
Designed to deliver effective degreasing, washing, and contaminant removal without the maintenance burden of high-pressure pumps or spray-nozzle systems, the HP6 provides consistent, long-term performance with simplified operation.

Mill Drive:
Direct-coupled motor to rear-mounted gear box, chain and sprocket conveyor drive, and a shaft-mounted torque-limiting clutch for jam protection.
Cabinet Construction
The cabinet is an all-welded assembly of 3/8" and 1/4" steel plate.
A large rear access door allows convenient replacement of conveyor components and maintenance access.
Power Door
Push-button controls activate two 4" pneumatic cylinders to lift and retract the door for full mill access.
Kick plates inside the door prevent parts from wedging between door and mill.
Return Pump & Screen
Water and debris funnel into a removable 1/8" trap basket.
Fine material returns to the tank via a flange-mounted seal-less sump pump.
High-level limit switch shuts down the main feed pump in the event of pump failure.
Remote Tank Construction

¼" steel plate, foam insulated, 350-gallon capacity, with 14-gauge outer cover.
Pumps:
Vertical centrifugal seal-less sump pumps, cast iron, direct-coupled to T.E.F.C. motors.
Drag Conveyor System:
½" steel with chain link and synthetic blades, removing solids at ~2.5 ft/min, powered by 1/3 HP motor.
Separator System (Optional):
Closed-loop solids-removal system with waste hopper for downstream disposal.
Oil Skimmer:
¼" steel construction with 14" wheel driven at 2 RPM. Synthetic wiper deposits oils/sludge into collection container.
Electric Motors
