Solution Spray System:
The solution spray system utilizes spray tubes of the exclusive Stoelting Fixed Spray Design
This design allows for wash solution to effectively clean through a combination of solution impingement and chemical action
The Stoelting Spray Tubes have a specially designed orifice that produces a “spray nozzle type” spray but does not require the maintenance of replacing nozzles
The Spray tube can easily be removed from the machine and quickly cleaned by the use of a bristle brush.
Spray tubes are located above, below and on both sides of the spray tunnel for highly effective 360º washing action
The “Spray Zone” of wash section is 4’ long and of the rinse section is 2’
Top and bottom spray pressure is individually adjustable with manual ball valve and pressure gauge
