Upgraded Tank Diverter System Replaced HMI Upgraded Software Replaced Seals Replace Rotator Bearings Replace Load Gasket Door Plexi Glass Window and Basket Support Guides Replaced All Gem Switch Float Valves for auto refill, and all solenoids Added Dryer by adding fan, dryer duct, heater software ULTRASONICS: The full feature generator provides precise control of critical ultrasonic cleaning parameters. All generators come equipped with the following features: • Auto tune feature adjusts frequency to the specific tank load assuring consistent, repeatable cleaning results under a variety of changing process parameters, such as: o Bath temperature o Load variations (size and weight) • Variable power control: Cavitational power can be adjusted from 20% to 100% for matching cleaning power precisely to the application. • Complies with FCC part 18 and CE mark. • Cavitation Erosion of radiating surface minimized due to a solid tube design 25 kHz, 1,000 watts RMS: C 25 kHz, 2,000 watts RMS: D UPGRADE FROM 25 kHz, 1,000 watts RMS to 25 kHz, 2,000 watts RMS. With reference to TREMEC cleanliness specifications, Level A (F-H) calls for no particle larger than 400 microns – allowing 9 particles between 150 and 400 microns. Level B, C call for no particle larger than 600 microns; B allows 10 particles between 150 and 600 microns and C 11 particles between 150 and 600 microns. For level B, C you can probably get away with 1,000 watts but you will have more comfort at 2,000 watts. For level A, no particle larger than 400 microns, we would definitely recommend the upgrade to 2,000 watts.
