2005 Ransohoff 3 Stage Stainless Steel Pass Thru Washer 24" Wide x 11' Height

Originally Designed for Eaton, to clean Gears, Cases, and housings. Stainless steel conveyor washer with electric heat for wash, rinse and blow-off. Belt Width 24" X 11" Part Height Belt speed is 1 to 3 feet per minute. This washer has 304 SS flat wire belt. Wash tank and piping are 304 SS. Tank and blow-off section are insulated with 1" thick fiber covered with brushed SS. Washer sequence is as follows: 1'6" load end x 1'6" vestibule x 2'6" wash x 2'9" drain vestibule x 1'9" rinse x 1'6" drain x 2'9" blow-off x 9" vestibule x 1'6" unload. 360 gallon wash tank and 275 gallon rinse tank. Electric Heat, Wash Temperature 150 Deg.F. Rinse Temperature 110-120 Deg. F. Blowoff Temperature 180-200 Deg. F. Spray nozzles are located over, under and both sides. Washer includes skimmer, dual SS canister type filters and powered exhaust.
